Visit one of Tanzania’s Island Marine reserves

Full day excursion
All transfers included!

Depart for the northern side of Dar es Salaam around 8 am after you've had your breakfast, please remember to use sunblock of at least SPF30, the African sun has no mercy!
This is one of Tanzania’s Tropical Island reserves; with magnificent, crystal clear blue waters, ideal for swimming whether low or high tide, also featuring snorkeling, walking trails and boat trips.
Arrive where the boat transfer will be waiting. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach, swimming, snorkeling and walking the deserted beach. A freshly caught lunch can be ordered on the island.
When walking on this beach you get the feeling of being the only human there, wonderfully secluded. Include the services of a local island guide and chances of spotting a coconut crab are good!

All of Tanzania’s Marine reserves are run as non-profit organizations, and proceeds generated from the Eco-tourism are put straight back into the project for funding of running costs, research and conservation programs. Eco-tourism is therefore very important to the communities who benefit from the social services.
Return to the resort around 4pm where after a delicious dinner can be enjoyed.
